Healthy life-Inlgles.


HEALTHY LIFE:


 To have a healthy life:

 You should eat fish twice a week. 

You should do sport twice a week. 

You should a lot of proteins. 

You should  drink a water. 

You should eat more vegetables. 

You should eat five pieces of fruits everyday. 

You shouldn´t drink a lot of fizzy drink.

You shouldn´t eat a lot of sweets. 

You shouldn´t eat junk food (crips, hamburgers,pizza,chips,hot dog,chocolate,snacks...)

Good for you:

The sports it helps you for a healthy life. 

It´s good for yout heart. 

It helps you to eliminate fats.
